Thursday

Free Jazz Playground class 6:30-7:30 PM
Free Beginner Swing Dance Class 8-9 PM
Free evening social dance until 11 pm, open to the public with a free-to-enter contest
Late-night attendee-only dance held in the Rose Garden at 11 pm

Friday

Track placements at 9-12noon
Swing Teacher Gathering 12-1 pm
Track classes until 3:30 pm
All competition prelims 4-8:30 pm
Evening dance at 9 pm (live music!)
Late-night dance starts with popsicles and a free-to-enter contest
After-party dancing held in the Rose Garden at 2 am

Saturday

Community brunch at 9:30 am (purchase food at brunch)
Classes begin at 10:30 am
First day of beginner classes
DJ gathering 1-2 pm
All Track classes until 4 pm
Add on classes 4-6:30 pm
Taster classes 5:30-7:40 pm
BIPOC meet up 7-8:30 pm
Evening dance at 9 pm (live music!)
Late-night dance starts with popsicles
After-party dancing held in the Rose Garden at 2:30 am

Sunday

Community brunch at 9:30 am
Classes begin at 11 am
The second day of beginner track classes
All track classes until 1 pm
Dance organizer gathering 1:30-2:30 pm
Add-on classes at 2:30-4:30 pm
Taster classes 3:40-6 pm
LGBTQIA+ meetup 5:30-7 pm
Competition finals 7-9 pm
